1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).

2. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press the mixture into four individual serving dishes to create the crust.

3. Bake the Crust:
- Bake the crusts in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes.",,
- Remove and let them cool while preparing the filling.

4. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract, continue beating until well combined.

5. Assemble and Bake:
- Divide the cheesecake filling among the four serving dishes with crusts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Allow them to cool and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
